Refund Policy
- Returns and Refunds: Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are only accepted for defective items or incorrect orders.
- Damages: For damages during delivery, claims must be made through the delivery partner (Loadit) within 48 hours of receipt. Tanned Elements will assist in facilitating this process but is not liable for delivery damages.
- Reseller Purchases: If the product is purchased through a reseller, their refund policies apply. Please refer to their terms for more details.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after confirmation. Original payment methods will be used for refunds.
- Exclusions: Custom orders, minor variations in color or texture, and damages caused by improper use or care are not eligible for refunds.
